Third time at this restaurant and we won't be going back. The waiter completely forgot about us and decided to take care of a group of children instead. The food was ice cold and we didn't even get a chance to tell anyone since our waiter was non-existent. When we told the girl at the front, she didn't even care. Our first experience was amazing. The second one had a few snags that were resolved. The third one was straight up awful. Edited from 1 star to 4 stars: I will leave my original review because I think it should be seen. But after I left this review, the GM contacted me and did offer my family some vouchers to give them another chance and even offered to personally prepare our meal if we let him know we were coming. We decided to go spur of the moment as we didn't want special treatment and we were pleasantly surprised and it seems as though management did take my first review to heart. We were promptly seated, the service was fantastic, and the food was great. We then tried it again another time and had fantastic service and food. Hopefully they keep up with the positive momentum.

Weird encounter with many flies on being seated. Moved to another table and then on no issue. Service was a little slow, but server was quite careful to make sure everything was to our liking. Food was good. Quantity was appropriate for pricing.

Were seated right away and had our food about 15 minutes later, and the place was pretty full. That mean the entire knew what they were doing. Our server, Bailey, was friendly and very attentive even though she had several tables. Another great experience at BWW.

I enjoy a very good pile of wings, I have yet to get the satisfaction of wings from this place. I keep trying though. They are not horrible but they can be better. We enjoy coming here, the food is generally good and we leave much fatter. I like how you can play on their game tablets for free unlike other places that charge $2. The atmosphere is good, the staff is friendly and they are willing to accommodate when we are unsatisfied. ie, we ordered a grilled cheese sandwich for a child (they knew it was for a child) but we were expecting just bread and cheese nothing extravagant, but we got something so off the wall the child would not eat it. I tried it and it was really different. We spoke up and said we misunderstood what we were getting and they brought us something else without fail. We will definitely keep coming back.

I really wasn't impressed with the wings. I tried the teriyaki and honey ones. Not enough sauce on them for one thing. And teriyaki was way too strong of a flavor.
